Still don't have AI summary option even with option "Block AI Enhancements" disabled

What is the criteria to get the AI page summary option to appear? I have it on my Samsung tablet, but I still don't have it on my S26 Ultra. The "Block AI Enhancements" is option is disabled. I have Firefox version 152.0.6 on my S26 Ultra.

How come Firefox doesn't have a restore tabs available?

Several times it drops all of my tabs on restart. Chrome has a restore all tabs. This is getting to be a real pain in the ass. I will have to rethink if I am to continue with it.
