SVG vector-effect="non-scaling-stroke" no longer working after v127

vector-effect="non-scaling-stroke" should allow a stroke to be a set size and not scale with the SVG. This was working but stopped working with the release of v127.

Every Firefox update breaks FF pinned taskbar icon (Win10)

Everytime Firefox gets a new update the pinned taskbar icon somehow become an invalid link and Windows 10 ask me to delete the pinned icon.Anyone know how to solve this strange problem?
