Audio not working on firefox after the last update.

After the new update to from Version 152.0.3 (64-bit) to Version 152.0.4 (64-bit), the audio on Firefox stop working when I reopen Firefox(its only occur when I open,close and open again the browser). If anyone has an idea on what is going on or how to solve it, I will really appreciate.
