Antimalware Service Executable

Making moves

I am running the most current version of Thunderbird 115.3.2 (64-bit). You need to take a look at why the Antimalware Service Executable is continuously running as a result of Thunderbird running. This is not new to this release. I am running a new HP Elitebook and if I have Thunderbird open, Antimalware Service Executable is running between 14% - 25% of the CPU utilization at all times. The only way for me to have a computer that is not constantly pausing, I've had to go back to Outlook.

@PapaDan were you able to create an exclusion?

@kelimuttu : can someone in the moderation team please delete the account "lucasmiller" and all their posts please?

They're literally going to posts that are 3-4 years old and leaving around 20 spam posts on each one.

Hi @dftf, they should've been banned by now. Thanks for helping to report it.

@kelimuttu : no problem

Does clicking the arrow after a comment then doing "Report Inappropriate Content" on here actually get seen by anyone though?  I usually do that for spam-posts, but a week later the comments will still be there.  Does anyone monitor the queue they go into?

Yes, that person is me. I'm currently filling in for my colleague, who's out on paternity leave, so I'm still learning the gist of moderating here.

Feel free to PM me with anything urgent that should be taken care of next time. Our moderation queue is a mess right now, so there's a huge chance that I might be missing some important stuff.
