Many people have posted about the UI redesign on Android with very valid suggestions, but I want to give a specific piece of feedback:
The tabs menu (where you list currently open tabs) has become unusable one-handed. Especially if the address bar is at the bottom.
If you only have one or two tabs open, they are at the very top of the screen, so you have to reach all the way up to interact with them. Changing between private and non-private tabs also requires tapping the menu at the top of the screen.
Two small changes would bring back needed functionality, in my opinion:

Absolutely. I partly switched to Firefox because Chrome had, and still has, just absolutely awful UI in this regard, and I don't think aping it improves Firefox in any way.
At the very least, anyone who has the bottom toolbar should have their tabs anchored at the bottom, but hopefully that is independently adjustable.
It is so bad I turned off remote experiments to get rid of it, but it'll probably show up in a real update sooner or later.

The change from swiping the tray down to forcing the back button is so slow and annoying.

The bottom anchored tab drawer was one of the things I liked best about Firefox, made one handed operations easier. Was so sad when it was removed, and now looks and works like every other generic browser.
Also, if I choose to have visible tabs, why would that prevent my adress bar and visible tabs from staying at the bottom of the screen? Please fix this..
