Android 138 Automatic Desktop Mode Working For Anyone?

Is the new automatic desktop mode (from Android version 138) for tablets and larger size screens working for anyone? It was working for me for about a day after I got the update but stopped working since then now matter what I do. Curious if I'm the only one or if a bigger bug is going on with it?

This is a feature? That annoys me on my foldable! It's a bug for me. How can this be disabled? No option seen... If any developer see this thread. Do something please.

Oh man, sorry to hear that! I'll swap places with you and you can take my buggy version haha. 😂

There is a separate feature toggle in Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Always request desktop site, that you could toggle off (if it's toggled on) and that might work for your issue. But if you're getting this new feature as the reason then a dev would definitely need to help.

Thank you. This option helped. But I didn't like that this was default set. Unfortunately the reading mode in app was also buggy since some releases ago, I have the feeling that older users are not in focus of the young devs...

Not everyone is able to see the smaller stuff in pixel size and enjoy that some larger mobile screen options are available in markets...
