Currently, the Home Page options on Firefox for Android are limited to the default shortcuts, a blank page, or a specific URL. There is no native way to set a bookmarks folder (such as "Mobile Bookmarks") as the landing page.
As a user who relies on a curated list of bookmarks for daily productivity, having to navigate through the menu to reach these links is inefficient. I suggest adding an option in Settings > Home to "Select a Bookmarks Folder" as the Home Page.
