AI chatbots should be added via HTML just like OpenSearch, not locked to a limited group of providers

As titled - I've raised this in the Ideas forum, but we should standardize adding chatbot providers as asking users to edit the about:config is not going to scale for a wider solution.

Surprised this was overlooked.
