Add setting to disable “pull down to refresh” on IOS

There seems to be an option to disable this on Android but not IOS. Every time I try and scroll up on a page it refreshes, so now I have to very slow with my movements (which is extremely annoying and pretty counterintuitive).

Agree with this so much!

I agree. I used to appreciate it this feature until I began having health issues and my hands began randomly twitching and refreshing my pages. For me it’s an accessibility issue. But either way I think people should have the option of enabling it or not.

This is such a basic setting. Can’t believe FF didn’t implement this!!

+1 for this ‘feature’. Difficult to use Firefox for critical work if you need to start over after refresh by accident.

What makes this default even more frustrating is the fact you have the refresh right there in the address bar!!

Here we are in 2026 and Firefox/Mozilla is not listening to users but a stupid interns who think they know what they’re talking about! Mozilla’s management needs a serious whack on the side of the head! not only is this an accessibility issue as mentioned earlier by somebody, but you can refresh up Page in this stupid address bar!!

I guess I’m gonna have to continue to comment until Mozilla bands me… or addresses the stupidest setting in Firefox!!
