We allegedly now have an ad blocker. I see no such setting where it was announced to be. Settings / Browsing tab? Where?

Came here to send similar feedback. There is no option in Settings for AdBlock on IOS 27 Firefox 156. Despite the update description in the App Store broadcasting that this is a new feature available.

I should have specified that this applied to desktop version on windows 11

It's iOS only, and it barely works. You're not missing anything.
Since you're on desktop, just install uBlock Origin.

Thank you for the info, been using uBlock for some time now.

I noticed that only when I enable "Allow Feature Studies" and "Allow Remote Improvements" does the "Ad Blocker" option appear in Settings > Browsing. When I tried to reproduce this procedure, strangely, the Ad Blocker setting only appears sometimes. I'm using Firefox 156.0 on iPadOS 17.

I can see the option now after reinstalling the application! Not sure what the issue was, but I’m guessing I needed to enable the “Allow Remote Improvements” option as @unrealgratitude mentioned to accept the rollout?
