A separate option for ech is necessary, although ech relies on doh, but users can use simple dnscrypt and other dnscrypt clients to achieve the effect of doh. That is to say, some users only need ech on the line, (in these dnscrypt clients can be easily configured forwarding rules, firefox can not) so, to make a separate option to enable ech is very necessary!
