Emails sent to Local Folders continue to appear in Message Inbox

I regularly move emails from my Inbox to Local Folders. Since the recent update I notice that emails I have already moved to Local Folders continue to appear in my Inbox.This is not correct. Please fix this.Thank you,Dean Striepeke
