Thunderbird right click local folder to see and edit filters that target it

When viewing local folders it would be helpful to right click a folder and see a list of all mail filters that send mail to that folder. Then be able to edit and delete them as normal.

My use case is where I have multiple filters sending mail into a folder and I wish to redirect one or more of them somewhere else.
