Why Can't Thunderbird Develop Inbuilt Translator. For e.g if We received the mail in Any Language it can be translate to our Known Language. Like if we received the mail in German or French, it will automatically Convert it to Known Language like English or Russian or others & Vise versa.

Thunderbird could perhaps adopt and include Firefox Translations as a means of achieving this

As long as you can convert to default (previous) language displayed, the option to translate any UTF-16/ASCI is very good.
