Show Bookmarks before Browsing history for "When using the address bar, suggest"

When I create a Bookmark of a page from a website I frequently visit, it takes ages before this page appears in the top of the suggestions in the address bar.

The work-around, is to use the "This time, search with" function at the bottom, but this requires extra clicks.
