Replace the "Save Image As" with just "Save Image" menu item.

I suggest to treat to saving images in the same way as saving files.

• Stop asking where to save image every time if "Always ask you where to save files" is unchecked in the settings.
• Replace "Save Image As" with just "Save Image" item in the context menu.
• Automatically resolve file name collisions.

Pictures are files, too.

People who save pictures a lot know how annoying it's to have to click unnecessary buttons during this. Try to save twenty images at row to feel this user pain. 🙂 And sometimes those twenty images may have exact same file name.

There are special extensions to fix this behavior. I use macros for this simple operation. Hopefully this will change some day.

Mozilla, take everyone off what they're doing and get them working on this as it's the single most infuriating thing in the online universe.

Just how difficult is it to have an option to automatically give a file a unique name if one already exists in a folder?
