Functionality to open a tab for privat browsing within a normal window. For when you just need to do something in private mode, but don't won't to open a new window.Private window, should still be an option.

I think this will be a helpful feature for Firefox. Just a question, what name will the private tab option be? (e.g. New Private Tab)
The biggest issue with this seems to be with the correct/expected history managment of the current session and the tab context
Also the concept to isolate a tab into a seperated userContext similar to a "profile" doesnt seem to exist (yet) ... And that sounds like quite a bit of work.
Though i'd leave this here for anybody who is interested.
Perhaps private browsing could be integrated with Container Tabs? The seem to have similar functionality/goals. Another idea might be to have them as temporary tabs - eg they self-destruct after a certain time.
Some browsers have a "private Tor tab", I think that should be implemented too.
