Print a Year Calendar

I currently use Thunderbird Calendar to manage Club activities. Therefor I need a fast way to get an Overview about planed activities.

Please add a possibility to print a Year calendar. (In fact I do not propose to stick on a printout for 365 days.)

Please add a Printout which organize selected Months in a Table. Where Months and day of months are elements of X and Y axis.

The Printer settings need some additional Settings to format the printout:

1. Allow choosing whether the months are on the X axis or the Y axis
2. Allow adding a legend for
   1. Category colors
   2. List view of Event (as second Page if needed)
3. Setup Categories which only appear as slightly colored background (e.g Hollydays and other dates that should be known)
