Make new mail more distinguishable

I don't really like using the turn email to Grey option after being read. Is it possible to simply bold the entire header section on new emails? The way they come in now, only the contact name is bolded which makes it nearly impossible to distinguish from previously read emails. Thanks

@MarkMura in Thunderbird desktop version 128, when a new message comes in there is a green dot and both the contact and the subject lines are bold.
