Currently the calendar settings include "Default Event and Task Length" (as a number of minutes) but there’s no setting for default start time and we cannot configure events to be “All Day” by default. These options should be available.
Currently, when I schedule an event by double-clicking a day on the monthly or multi-week calendar, the default event start time seems to be based on the current time, which typically has no relationship to the correct start time that I want to set. I often fail to notice the time setting, so my event gets scheduled with an incorrect start time.
I would like my calendar events to be “All Day” by default. Other people might prefer to specify their preferred default starting time. I think both settings should be available. Thank you!
