I like the idea of Firefox View, and I especially like the ease of accessing closed tabs and tabs from other devices, but I can't help but feel it's slightly redundant to have a dedicated page for this when all of these would be welcome as options on the New Tab Page. I would welcome them at least.

Yes please!

I find the New Tab page absolutely useless. I even used addons like "Tabliss", but still it's a useless few for me.

Firefox View is a nice addition, especially the Tab Pick feature for me, as I work with several devices. Accessing View via opening a new tab would be a convinient way.

Also in FF view the closed tabs, can we make it easier to reopen tabs? Example, for mouse users, I should be able to click on multiple closed tabs using the middle click of my mouse to reopen all tabs that I click. Currently you have to left click and that takes you straight to the tab and the you have to come back to do it again for a different tab. ctrl+shift+T is faster than that. Please consider.

Not to mention it is all (and has all been) available within 2 clicks in the menus. It's fine, since there is a config option to disable it; but, given Mozilla's history, I expect the flag to be deprecated within a year.

That's a new idea - has nothing to do with replacing the new tab page with this page: your idea is to modify the page. Your idea will get lost, this isn't rocket science people!

Agreed. The New Tab page would be an ideal location for this functionality (functionality which is pretty useful!).

Yes the pinned tab is so awkward, incorporate the function into the new tab page and let the user decide if they should be shown or not

That would be so useful! Everything in one place. So you don't have to click between 2 tabs. Will save a lot of time!

I agree that New Tab would be a reasonable place for Firefox View, just wanted to add that I don't use neither, and in fact I prefer my New Tab empty (that's the way I use it), so, please, make it optional. ^_^

Kind regards.
