Improve rendering of the Arial font

Arial is the default font for many applications, and Firefox seems to render them in a way that makes some letters unevenly spread out within the word. Sometimes the letters are clustered together, other times they seem to have choppy edges. When I switch to offline or a different browser, the issues disappear. Would be great if someone can fix this so I don't have to change the font every time!

Yep. Arial kerning is mega-borked in firefox (on windows, at least.)
