In Firefox 69, the developers disabled css support by default, please turn it back on by default.

Hello.
Enable support for "toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheet" by default, without having to include this option yourself in about:config.

Ah, I see, thank you for the update.

Starting since Firefox 69 the loading of userChrome.css and userContent.css is disabled by default to improve performance.
