I have a health provider that has started sending their emails with TLS encryption. Naturally they are appearing as text, so I can not take advantage of the links embedded in said emails. I believe that TLS encryption will become the standard for medical communications between patients and providers. With that including TLS encryption would benefit every one.

It is not clear what you are referring to. Every half decent mail provider/server uses TLS exclusively for mail delivery nowadays. Are you talking about S/MIME encrypted mails? I guess no, because I cannot make connection between "links embedded" and TLS. You have to be more specific i.e. technical or provide some links to the documentation of that health provider. Unfortunately, in my experience the health industry is notoriously incompetent and clueless about digital security. They might be using arcane hurdles for the average user which offer little to no protection against competent criminals.
