Add reader mode to right click context menu

Activating reader mode can be a bit inconvenient in how you have to move the mouse on the reader view icon on a supported article or page, which can be a pain on larger monitors. To fix this, the user could right click to open the context menu and click a option that says "Open in reader mode" or "Switch to reader mode"

You can also hit command+L on mac (or ctrl+L on windows) and hit tab -- this should focus the reader mode icon in the URL bar which you can then activate with space/enter
