Add "New Private Window" to the right click context menu of the New Tab button

There's currently 3 easy to reach methods of opening private tabs that I know of,

• right clicking the taskbar icon
• opening the application sandwich menu
• and customizing it to have a dedicated "new private tab" button somewhere easily available

But the one place that makes the most sense to me would be the very same button you use to open a new normal tab. That "+".

Right clicking it already brings up an added context menu for tab specific needs, even just "New Tab," so a "New Private Tab" would fit perfectly within that context menu
