I just received Thunderbird 115.3.1, and I regret it.
The title bar is gone, my quick access bar is where the title bar is (I don't find it any more), the tabs are below the menu bar.
The correct order is title bar, menu bar, tab bar, then quick access. Please fix this. Please, Please.
Also transparent tabs and quick access: no! And stronger contrast in all bars which are now transparent.
I just want a normal desktop application, something which I can use!
This feels very much like firefox when it started going down the drain.
