when I received an interesting email I use to be able to click on forward and then open my address book from the tools menu and then click and drag those I want to send it to over; and if I several in a roll I could click on the first, hold the shift key and then click on the last and drag them all at once - now I have to click on my address book, right click on it and select moving to another window, click back and forth between the email and address book to get them both on the screen and there is not selecting a group of names, if you click on a contact it opens it up rather than hi-liting it
my question is why can't we have it as it use to be, I don't see the improvement
