Tab Groups Customization - More Colors & Custom Colors

Tab Groups are great but would be awesome if we could use:

• Custom Colors
  • This would help immensely for colorblind or improved contrast, compensation for lighting/display issues, etc.
  • Currently only 5 or 6 of the 9 colors are "functionally usable" for some due to colorblindness, which is quite limiting in many cases.
  • Customization could be done in settings or a pop up menu, etc. for RGB triplet decimal & hex values.

• More than 9 colors
  • To solve the space issue, could use something like an overflow/drop-down/menu button that leads to a list/grid of the additional colors (with scroll bars if there are too many for even that area).

The red and orange colors are so identical and all the colors are also very dark. If custom colors are not possible for some reason then please atleast add some differentiable colors and also some light colors.

But mainly just allow setting colors through hex values or atleast in config:about.

A color picker (like the one used on the New Tab Page for solid backgrounds) would be a nice addition.

Also: collapsed tab groups now get a different color than expanded tab groups. I don't really get why this is necessary? Actually, changing the color when collapsing the group makes it harder to recognize the tab groups you've created ("my news tabs are in the dark blue group without outline" -> collapse -> "my news tabs are now in the cyan group with the outline"). The "collapsed" colors could be added as extra color options instead?

@RCDV I noticed that too.

For collapsed groups, while I do like the inverted (bright, bold text on dark background), would be a nice option to keep colors the same but also keep the useful bold outline of the group icon/tab.

Potentially interesting to have tab group colours incorporated into themes, like tab colours.

On the colourblind note, some slight patterns like hatches or polka dots for a few of the more similar colours at least (if not all the colours) to have on the left edge of the tab group colour could potentially a more limited option.
