Suggestion: Fullscreen button should also hide tabs when using vertical mode, but could be cycle between 3 different states.

Maybe the button can cycle between 3 states, one to make the read view fullscreen by hiding the toolbar, one to also hide the vertical tabs, and the last one to return to everything visible, instead of just being 2 states and not being able to hide the new vertical tabs.
