Subport dns forward jumping

Have you known :80 & :8080 ..... jump ports every 13 seconds and read what number they can go to... its like 80,000 or so.... create a C# app that updates your dns forward to the current 13 second changer... now if a hacker gets an important iPs.... they're already trying to hack you 3 minutes ago on a 13 second flip like 9/11 was a 16 second delay hack.
