Speed Dial for Desktop and Mobile Browser and the browser default

Hello,
Add some features to the browser.
Add a folder of bookmarks to the browser's speed dial.
Right-click on the desktop browser tab to add the page to speed dial.
Drag and drop the folder from bookmarks to speed dial.
The manual timing adjustment feature for syncing the desktop browser with the mobile browser has been added.
This means that the user can set the minimum or maximum possible time for synchronization.
For example, I set the browser to sync every 30 seconds.
