Thunderbird Android now has the gmail "Spam", "Sent", "Drafts", and "Trash" folders as subfolders in a top-level IMAP folder called "gmail", while "Inbox" and "Outbox" are their own Tor-Level items. I understand they are probably arranged this way on Google's side, but handling them as exceptions on the folder list would make things much easier, especially since the top-level folders cannot be auto-expanded right now (I submitted another Idea for that).
