Show hidden Windows taskbar while using the browser in full screen

I have my Windows taskbar hidden and it doesn't show whenever I move the cursor down while using the browser in full screen.

In addition, there is a desire to add the functionality to show the taskbar when the mouse hovers over its place when firefox is in full screen. Similar to showing the firefox tab bar.
