Screen shot on desktop browser

Is there a built-in tool I can use to crop certain parts of the browser? If not, please develop one. Opera browser has such function called Snapshot. I use it to crop parts of the browser screen and then copy and close. Then I can post on social media not having to save it on my computer first.
