Roll out new tab weather globally

I am still waiting for the new tab weather to apppear in the UK.

When will it be rolled out globally?

New Tab Weather will be rolled out to an additional 30+ countries this week! (Including the UK and EU countries.)  This will follow on the 146 release as a rollout, so if you don't see it right away, it should be very soon thereafter.

I've just updated to R146.0.0, but weather feature is still missing for me (locating in Bulgaria). Is there anything else that should be changed (no settings for that, no checkbox in Mozilla Labs also)?
