Remove INBOX from...

I'm one who prefers the largest reading Pane (not pain) possible. 
How can the word "INBOX" be removed from each email address folder? This Inbox we already know due to the Header for Inbox, it really doesn't need to be repeated. This will enlarge the width of the reading Pane approximately 6-7%. 
Another request for email Headers. Please allow us to use either of these 2 fonts in T-Bird, Arial Narrow & Helvetica Narrow (or other narrow font that's allowed). This also will open more reading Pane.

The "INBOX" that I setup is called FAVORITES FOLDERS.
Could we still have "INBOX" - NAME... removed to show just "NAME..."?

I made a FAVORITES FOLDER.
In it are... 
'Inbox' - address#1.com
'Inbox' - address#2.com (etc.)
By removing 'Inbox' the preview pane would be wider. 
My single wheel mouse is set for vertical.
