Properly place the "hide side bar" button within the "gear icon" (where it belongs).

Please fix the sidebar menu user experience.

Problem: 
"Disable side bar" wrongly placed with a right click in empty area of side bar.  

This should be placed in Gear Icon on bottom. 

Place the "hide sidebar" in the bottom gear icon. 

Who is in charge of UX and how can I help catch these before they hit release?
