picture in picture - title bar on the window

For the PiP window, it would be nice to have a title bar on the window, so I can grab it, and move it between multiple displays

you can move the PiP Windows to the second screen.

If the Firefox team will implement it, make it optional.

a better idea would be a freely customizable border Color for more Attention.
