Persist filter for requests in devtools.network panel

Firefox does not allow to persist filter for requests.
By lack of "persistence" I mean:
1) Tabs do not share filter expression
2) After tab is closed filter expression is not saved for next sessions

BTW: there is already such feature request in stackoverflow - https://stackoverflow.com/questions/66117901/preserve-filters-in-filrefox-devtools-network-tab
