Options to edit the Bookmarks-Menu

- hide/delete „Open all in tabs“ in the bookmarks folders

- hide/delete the Bookmarks-Menu-Folders: „Bookmarks Toolbar“ / „Other Bookmarks“

I think the "Bookmark Toolbar" folder here is obsolet because you have the Toolbar and "Other Bookmarks" makes no sense for me either, because I arrange my bookmarks in special folders
