Open extensions in pop-up tab

It would be convenient if extensions could open in pop-up windows, as they do in Yandex Browser. For example, I use the Video Expense Controller extension to increase video speed. In Firefox, this extension opens in a new tab, while in Yandex it opens in a pop-up window.
