Any possibility to put a feature for when a certain source (rss,feed,atom) is scanned for a period of time and no post downloads enter a dormant list so we can check it is dead?

Nowadays many website and blog owners hide or modify so that we no longer have access to the fonts and for a person who has thousands of fonts being scanned it is a very boring job to keep checking if they are alive and active

Alguma possibilidade de colocar um recurso para quando uma determinada fonte (rss,feed,atom) seja escaneada por um período de tempo e não baixe nenhum post entre pra uma lista dormente pra podemos verificar a mesma se está morta ?
hoje em dia muitos donos de site e blog oculta ou modifica pra não temos mais acesso as fonte e pra uma pessoa que tem milhares de fonte sendo escaneada é um trabalho muito chato para ficar verificando se as mesma estão vivas e ativas
