On Brave browser, you could select which news sources you wanted to receive stories from on your new tab. I like being able to see all my news in one place, and I wish I had more control over what shows up on that tab as a story. The news sources were sorted by topic, so you could, subscribe to all under the "food" category or whatever it was. Mostly I miss stories from The Spruce because I always forget to check the site! Thanks for considering.

Hi there - thanks for the great feedback! I'm a PM for Firefox, and wanted to let you know that we are starting to explore ideas in this direction. It definitely seems like this would be a useful feature!

For now, we recently rolled out a new layout in the US where the stories are organized in topical sections (Sports, Food, Travel, etc). You have the ability to follow and block those. We'll have more ways to control the feed coming soon.

I love the news from brave, they allow you to add your own rss feeds

Great feature request thread! I’m working on a project called  Menu (an interactive online menu) and I can totally relate to the need for intuitive UI and seamless data flow. If you ever want to brainstorm UI/UX parallels between menu systems and email clients, I’d love to chat!
