Make the veritcal tab remembers scroll position between expansions.

The vertical tab experience is pretty good atm, but one thing really annoys me is that it won't keep scroll position between mouseover when you enabled the feature "expand on mouseover"! it would just jump back to the top, and I've mis-clicked other tabs many times, pretty annoying!

Hope it would just keep where it scrolls to when mouse leaves, and the I can just click the tab I want without wait it to expand and scroll back again.

Can confirm that, in my case, this was caused by pinned tabs, thanks to this post:

Check if your case is the same so you can have a workaround until fixed.

@lautit It seems the issue I've had when I posted had already fixed (mine was not related to pinned tab), but still thanks for the link that matches the bug I'm experiencing at this moment!
