New idea
Have swiping from the left/right edge of the screen navigate back/forward in history. Firefox already has this functionality on mobile however touch-only history navigation in full screen requires a long-touch for the right click menu and pressing the back arrow.
The only thing off the top of my head that could be of interest is that the touchpad gesture has an animation that is different from the mobile animation.
