Import user.js file in Firefox Mobile

Hi,

So the about:config page doesn't exist anymore in Firefox Mobile.

What would be great though is a button that allows the user to choose user.js configuration file locally like we can do on Firefox for computer (in the profile folder).

In order to mitigate security concerns, you can add this as an item of the "debugging mode" (five taps on Firefox logo, like we do to import custom certificates).
