It appears that messages are being added to a thread. by recipients or carbon copies. I believe it would be better for the threads to be formed by replies rather than by recipients. We may talk on different subjects which should not be threaded together with other subjects.  An unwanted result is that messages on one subject are hidden in threads of another subject.  Thank you. ... I've been using Thunderbird and its Calendar for MANY years very happily 🙂 My old main computer is a W7 Lap and the Thunderbird Calendar in that version has the option to set up a Reminder Notification via Email. And it still works with no problem! I just was given a used Laptop computer that I did a clean install of w11 on, and installed Thunderbird and setup the Thunderbird Calendar to my Google Calendar with NO problems! EXCEPT: I just created a New Event and a Reminder for it, and to my chagrin, there is NO option to be notified by Email anymore !!! grrrrrr  😞 Please, I beg the developers to reinstate that option ! I use that for every event that I create! eg I take Prescription MEDS, and when I get the email reminder, I can delete the Email reminder to show myself that I've taken that prescription med at that time !!!! I'd love to see bookmarks remembering the last tab group they were in. On opening them again, they should restore that very tab group (if necessary) and automatically be placed in them. I use tab groups in the vertical arrangement with no labels showing. I love it, the greatest feature in years. However: When collapsing a tab group the tab button gets ghosted, i.e., colors are inverted, and it's outlined. After using this feature since the very first day it got released, a subconscious part of my brain is still unable to understand that this button isn't the currently active page. It just looks like it, whereas the design of the real one is very inconspicuous and doesn't draw as much attention to it. Could we have an option, where the tab group button doesn't get inverted when closed? Or any other way of improving distinguishability? I know that's complaining on a high level. Make it easier to hide the share button in the address bar in Firefox on Android. Together with reader mode and the translate button (if available) there is almost no space left for the address itself. Moving all three buttons to the menu (or at least the share button) would help a lot. ... View more

Microsoft edge has two main things that make it stand out above PDF.js to me - the fact that you can make comments and the fact that firefox forces you to go through the file explorer when you want to save PDF annotations. In edge, you just press a button and your changes are saved to the file you opened, no hassle. I read that PDF comments are in the works at the very least but no one seems to be pointing this feature out. I don't really get why a more straightforward save feature like this hasn't already been implemented because firefox already knows the file path and whether or not changes have been made to the document. If anything, the current method seems more convoluted. Any way I could somehow automate this process myself would also be appreciated, considering two save buttons might clutter the toolbar.  Also no, this is not an issue with my annotations not being saved, I just don't like the save feature. When copy / pasting URL include Meta Title of the URL please. This will be game changing in collab and work with firefox in general. Right now edge has implemented really awesome feature where when you copy the URL it is with the URL TEXT which makes everything user friendly when you use firefox for business coz you immediately see what is the link all about rather than you have to click it. Here is an example of it in action. In Firefox when you copy clickup link it is app.clickup.com/t/taskid In Microsoft Edge it will become Design: Home Website Experimentation | #taskID To which the second one is much better when collaborating with co-workers. When the sidebar expand on hover option is turned on, the 'X' to close tabs appears at the end of the tab title, this means after hovering on the left you have to move your mouse all the way to the right to close the tab, if you go too far, the sidebar collapses meaning yhou have to try again. I have seen several posts suggesting specific improvements to boomark management on Firefox mobile, but I think we need a more overall approach. If you use Firefox as your main browser and sync it between desktop and mobile, you will likely have a large library of bookmarks. The desktop browser has a great bookmark manager akin to Windows file explorer. You can easily organise into folders, browse, search and locate bookmarks in their folder and move bookmarks between folders. This idea is related to the plugin: Multi-Account Containers https://github.com/mozilla/multi-account-containers I wanted to create an issue there, but it would lead me here. So here's my idea: I use lots of different containers and I always use the search functionality to use the desired container. Therefor it would be very useful if after clicking on the plugin icon and opening the modal, if my text cursor would automatically jump to the search bar, to be able to use this feature with fewer mouse clicks, making it more accessible at the same time. Currently, when using "Save As," to download a website the available formats are limited to "Webpage, Complete," "Webpage, HTML Only," and "Text File." Adding support for saving as a URL shortcut file—such as .url, .webloc, .desktop, or .desktop-url—would be very convenient. reading the documentation it seems to me that the only way to bring a message filter from one account to others is to export the filter and import it into the desired account. It could be useful, when I decide to create a filter, to have the possibility to automatically spread it across all accounts ? I am referring in particular to the creation of filters on header "From, To, CC, Bcc" where in each account I have created a SPAM folder (with the same folder name) to trash messages. I would appreciate it if TB Mobile could have a unified folder option for Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Spam and Trash. It would be very convenient to check only the unified folders instead of checking all the folders of each mail account I added to TB individually.
