A quite annoying "feature" of the CTRL+TAB cycling of recent tabs is that the the mouse pointer will focus the tab preview that appears, and thus making the cycling with CTRL+TAB completely illogical. Focusing a tab with the mouse pointer is FINE, but it should only happen when you actively move the mouse pointer. The current structure of bookmarks is very rigid and opinionated, for some reason there is “Unsorted/Other Bookmarks”, “Bookmarks Toolbar” and “Bookmarks Menu”. I've worked at a couple of different places where users were color blind to blue and another to red and having a quick and easy way to be able to change the color of unread mail would be greatly appreciated by those people who can't tell the difference between blue and black. Hello, I would like to send a request for a feature that I think would enhance user security and privacy controls in Firefox browser. Currently, Firefox maintains an internal list of restricted domains (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/quarantined-domains) where browser extensions cannot execute scripts or access content. This is a great protection mechanism. However, the list is hard-coded and cannot be edited by the user. I would appreciate the ability to manually add specific domains (banking sites, health portals, personal cloud services) to the local version of the list. When clicking the Library button and then Bookmarks, a list of recently added bookmarks is displayed. Recent bookmarks are useful when a bookmark was accidentally saved in the wrong folder and cannot be found. However, I prefer having separate Bookmarks and History buttons on the toolbar without the library button (and Firefox allows to customize the toolbar according to personal preferences), but the standalone Bookmarks button dropdown lacks recent bookmarks. It would be useful if they were added, either in the first level menu (like History button has a "Recent history" category) or in a single entry that opens a sub-menu. ... View more

Accrescent.app is a new, security-first appstrore for Android. It uses minimum version pinning, signed metadata and more to ensure that users install a safe and verified version of the App. While it is not fully public yet, it works wepl and contains many known apps. Among these are the security- and feature-enhanced Signal-Client "Molly", the hardened Firefox variant "Ironfox", the network geolocation collector "NeoStumbler" (to be used with BeaconDB, a MLS replacement) and more. Accrescent is preinstalled on GrapheneOS and as such allows a full chain of trust from the OS root of trust to the installed apps. This is not possible with Obtainium (the only way to get official Thunderbird releases currently) or F-Droid. Accrescent is also the only Android appstore that really updates in the background, without "privileged extensions" or other security problems.
