At present Firefox Desktop web pages size can be increased only for one page not for whole browser in setting. for 4K and higher display users it is tedious job to upscale each new pages. Opera has browser level setting
Need a option to scale browser level and as well page/tab lever so that user can have full control.

At the moment, you can convert an email to a calendar event and a persistent 'mid' link ('message ID'?) is attached to the event enabling you to go from the event back to the linked message, wherever this may be relocated. This is great. It would be better if we could also manually generate a mid from a message manually and add it to an event, as well as edit, replace, delete the one that may already be attached. Even better, that mid link would ideally work in other documents or on the desktop and the file manager. Clicking on it outside Thunderbird, would open Thunderbird and locate the message. Great for local referencing in documentation and creating shortcuts.

If at least one specllchecker dictionary is installed, the spell check option and therefore the languages submenu, from where one can install additional dictionaries, becomes available. As described on the following documentation page in section Adding dictionaries: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-use-firefox-spell-checker
However, if there is not any dictionary installed yet (what was for me the case with a fresh installation - german language pack), there is no entry for spell checking in the context menu. And therefore the "Language" submenu to install dictionaries is missing as well. You have to manually search and navigate to the page with links to dictionaries to fix this. I head to search a few minutes to find the solution for this issue, as I was looking for the missing spell check context menu entry as I am used to on my other PC.
Proposal: Instead of removing any reference to spellchecking from the context menu, if there is no dictionary installed, show at least a shortcut entry to the dictionary installation page. Like "Install spell checker dictionary..." etc. Similar as in the "Language" submenu.

Loving Firefox too much and want to make a suggestion to make it even better
Wish that when we select a word or words , it offers to copy the selection so that we can copy with just one click and then paste it wherever we want. This option is there in Opera .So why cant we too have it
Thanks

I try to use less power, so I just use my monitor as a light source when browsing. When I open a private window, I can't see my keyboard because of the black background. Could the background color of the private window be white?

I switched from Opera as it is no longer updated for Windows7. I used the feature a lot that moved the entire page all the way to the top with one click on the header. Now I miss this feature in Firefox. Instinctively I click on the header. And then. Oh, it's Firefox. Well, nothing.

Considering that Mozilla has been ignoring the desire of a lot of users to remove the extensions button or to give us the option to remove it, I think that they should at the very least redesign it. While the icon itself is indeed centered in comparison to the other extension buttons, the icon itself looks off-centered in comparison to the hamburger button of the application menu, and once you notice it it's very difficult to ignore. The icon should be redesigned in a way that would make it look more in place, perhaps by making it smaller like Chrome does it, or the Application Menu icon should be redesigned to better fit it.

A thought... When you right-click on a mail message, in the menu that pops up is there anyway that you would consider moving "delete message" up the list? Maybe add it to the bottom of the "Open message in.." section?

Allow setting an overriding default to outgoing replies by preferably formatting all email headers to "Firstname Lastname <username@somewhere.com>", or to "Display Name <username@somewhere.com>", where Display Name is set in the Address Book, i.e. just above the option to select "Prefer display name over message header"

When one searches the browser update/version section within the webbrowser (vs website), the browser will show if an update is available and also display link to "notes" for current version. If one clicks the new/available update version, downloading of file automatically begins. Flaw- there is no link displayed in browser settings to "notes" page for new version. A thought, link to "notes" for new version then from that webpage one can click to download if they so desire. An alternative plan, have one "notes" webpage which would then allow user to click "notes" for existing or scroll for other versions. Currently the "notes" pgs are sub to program version pgs and therefore a dead end. Cheers, michael

When I select a bookmark to open by right clicking, the bookmark becomes un-highlighted as the right-click menu is displayed. Which introduces a little uncertainty about which bookmark is actually selected. (I am elderly and my hands are shaky, causing the cursor to move around a bit).
Note that Firefox does not behave this way when selecting/right-clicking on a folder. The folder remains highlighted after the menu is displayed.
So, it would be nice if the highlighted bookmark remained highlighted even as the right-click menu is displayed, to confirm which bookmark will be opened.
Thanks.

Hi,
Currently, the same zoom factor applies to all web pages from a same site, even if the web pages are in different windows.
Would it be possible to apply an individual zoom factor for separate windows?
Thanks, Alain

I use activities a lot to keep up with my tasks. I'd love to be able to set a link to a local folder (e.g., the data folder I've to work on) as an attachment of the activity. At present, activities attachments can only be Internet addresses.

Hiding tabs (for [X] seconds) instead of closing them would offer substantial time savings and enhance user experience compared to closing them outright. The problem being, if you accidentally close a tab or multiple, re-opening them requires a full page reload. If they were just hidden temporarily instead, it would provide a much snappier user experience with minimal overhead.

It would be useful if a list of tab thumbnails were overlaid when switching tabs with Ctrl+Tab in Firefox, like when switching apps in Windows. This feature would be useful in full screen mode and could replace the tab bar.

When using the option to keep tabs on launch, it is often a problem when using several windows : I close my window with all my tabs first and then the second one and Firefox opens back the second one (And I don't want that). It would great to have a tick or whatever on each window to set them as main window(s). That way, my "main" window with all my tabs would be open back on launch even if I close it first.

I would prefer the line height or spacing between messages in the message window be the same as in ver 102. The current beta version seems a little too difficult to read (at least for me). Lines are too close to each other.

Translate needs magnification for the characters. Rosetta Stone needs to fit in the browser area but currently even separated they have the same zoom all the time. Thanks for considering this idea.

I apologize if I don't use the correct terminology! I am a Mac user and in most web browsers, you can grab the application anywhere along the top where the tabs are to move it on the desktop. In Firefox, when you have a lot of tabs open, you can only grab at the ends. This can be pretty frustrating and time consuming. If you could just give us a little room around each and every tab to grab and drag the app on the desktop, that would be wonderful!
